Wally presented the new 2019 Tigers T-shirt with the Indian Head design. Ted & Wally stressed the fact that we are currently behind last year’s number for this point and pushed attending members to register if they have not yet done so. Wally reviewed parts of the 2019 Tigers Planning document, including onsite registrations from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Friday, 24th at the Richland Red Lion and Saturday 25th, from 8:00am to 12:00pm at the Howard Amon Park. Wally reminded the volunteers that setup on Saturday will be from 7:00am to 8:00am, that cars would be let into the park at 8:00am and that there will be 2 lanes from the gate leading up to the Registration Desk. The inside lane will be for folks who have not registered yet (or checked into Registration) and the outside lane will be for folks who have already registered and have checked into Registration. They will be able to proceed directly to the parking area. Wally will review other aspects of the 2019 event at the May Club Meeting.
