OLD BUSINESS:
Bill Nelson
has made all of the arrangements for the Christmas party at the Thunderdome Car Museum in Enumclaw on Dec 11th. Cost is $40 per person and signups are on the website. Ann Santella volunteered to make centerpieces and Melinda Gale will coordinate some type of charity collection. It was mentioned that if folks are concerned about the distance to Enumclaw and want to spend the night there after the party, there are several hotels in town, such as the Rodeway Inn and the Cedars Inn that are reasonably priced.

NEW BUSINESS:

It was announced that JP was recovering from a medical condition and it was decided to send him a $50 Starbucks gift card.

Bill Nelson reminded everyone that this is “membership season” and encouraged all members to renew their membership. Wally added that the process is simple to do through the website and he will be sending an email blast to all members to remind them to renew. Doing this online saves time and work by the membership volunteers.

Bill Nelson also reminded those present that all club officer positions are open for nominations if anyone is interested in one of the positions. Duties are in the club Bylaws, which can be accessed on the website. Elections will be held at the Christmas party and winners announced at the party.

50/50 RAFFLE:   There was no 50/50 raffle.

SHOP TALK: Wally and Bill shared shop talk stories.

MEETING ADJOURNED:
The club’s business meeting adjourned at 7:40pm by our President, Bill Nelson. Our next business meeting will be at the Christmas party on December 11th at the Thunderdome Car Museum in Enumclaw.
