Northwest Legends Club Meeting Minutes
(March 4, 2023)
MEETING OPENED:
Meeting called to order at 6:15pm by our Secretary, Bob Stevenson at Amante Pizza and Pasta, in Kent, WA.
ATTENDANCE:
The meeting total attendance was 19.
GUESTS & NEW MEMBERS:
One guest and one new member attended this Club Meeting.
SECRETARY’S REPORT:
Bob Stevenson read a condensed version of the February club meeting minutes.
TREASURER’S REPORT:
Tom Willett read the treasurer’s report.
CORRESPONDENCE:
There was no correspondence received recently.
GUEST SPEAKER OF THE MONTH:
There was no guest speaker.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Wally Santella provided some updates on the Tigers on the Columbia event. He reported that Ted Knapp had met with the Goat Herd in Oregon that was attended by 25 members. Current hotel room nights are 76, with 31 registrations and 29 cars. Digigroup provides the trophies and inquired whether the club would be interested in having the club logo or event logo printed on various products such as mugs, license plate frames, etc. The club would not be charged for any products created and would receive 5% of gross revenue from the sale of these products. Wally, Ted and the event committee will choose several items for them to have available at the Tigers event. The volunteer positions are all covered, however, anyone who is willing to help is encouraged to do so.

There was no new business.
2023 Event schedule:
Tigers on the Columbia: May 25-28 in Wenatchee
Muscle Car Show at Griot’s: June 25
Muscle Car Meet at XXX: Aug 6
Picnic at Ted’s: Aug 19.
50/50 RAFFLE: Gary Tischer collected money for the raffle, which was split in half between the club and the winner.
SHOP TALK: Wally and several others discussed projects they are working on.
MEETING ADJOURNED:
The club’s business meeting adjourned at 7:10pm by our Secretary, Bob Stevenson. The next club meeting will be Saturday, April 1st at 6:00pm at Amante Pizza and Pasta, 21020 84th Ave South, Kent, WA.
